If you’d like to beat the summer crowds to some of the most famous places along the Mediterranean, then it’s time to go to Sicily, Mallorca and the Turkish coast. For city tours, Paris is incredible at this time of the year, while Beirut gives you a chance to sunbathe and ski on the same day. Scandinavian countries are still a bit cold but the days are lengthening in a wonderful fashion that makes tours there far more agreeable.

If Australia is attractive to you then April is a nice month to discover the delights of Sydney.

Further afield, the climate is perfect for a road tour in and around the Plett – South Africa’s glamorous Plettenberg Bay.

It’s also great time for discovering New York with all it offers after the winter cold and before the summer that can be crowded. If you’d like to stay on the beach, St. Lucia’s Caribbean waters and white sands will be great.

Keep in mind that Tunisia and Zanzibar are currently experiencing their rainy season. The same is true for South America which is experiencing a high level of humidity these days. Those tourists who need sun and beaches can start taking their chance of going to the Mediterranean coastline in the run up to summer, either European or the North African side. For tourists looking for more exotic places to visit, the Philippines or Vietnam will entice you with their harmony in season for an exotic getaway.
