Visit the Butter Cow at the Iowa State Fair that celebrated its 105th anniversary this year

For many years master artists of five generations have been sculpting the Butter Cow statue for the State Fair. It has been a tradition of celebrating fair since 1911. The statue of the Butter Cow that weights 600 pounds could butter 19,200 slices of bread.

The Cadillac Mountain is located in the Acadia National Park. The highest point along the North Atlantic seaboard is 1,530 feet (that is 466 meters). It’s also the first place to view the sunrise in the United States from October 7 through March 6. Take a hiking tour around Acadia National Park and enjoy the perfect views of the untouched nature.

MARYLAND

Crack and eat a crab at Cantler’s Inn

Visit the waterfront restaurant and the crab house known in Maryland as the Cantler’s Riverside Inn.  You can arrive here via boat or car. Crabs are sorted here before your eyes. Order a dish of crabs and accompany them with a lot of Old Bay seasoning. Mmm, delicious!
