There will also be an artificial beach, a paddling pool and spraying water-dust trees.The cost of the hotel will be about 300 million dollars. A luxury hotel called the Rosemont Hotel & Residences will be the newest example of first-class luxury hotels in Dubai. The operator of the hotel will be Curio, the brand of the famous hotel corporation Hilton.
The modeled images of the future five-star hotel give an idea of what will be the man-made jungle area of seven thousand square meters, when they will appear before the eyes of the visitors.
The improvised forest will be located in a five-story podium over two 47-story towers. It will be filled with exotic plants, so that the guests of the hotel can get an unforgettable experience.
The new attraction is mainly designed for family rest, thanks to an artificial beach and a swimming pool. It is believed that this will be the first tropical forest in the Middle East.
There will be 450 rooms and apartments in the tower with a lobby on the 26th floor, a rooftop pool that seems to flow over the edge of the building, a first-class kitchen, a lounge area for VIP guests, a spa and quite a few meeting rooms.
For guests with children there is also a children’s play area, equipped with a bowling area and a trampoline.
In a separate tower there will be 280 apartments, shops and places for leisure time. The authors of the hotel and the residential complex are the architectural bureau ZAS Architects, which is represented in Canada and in the UAE.
